STEVEN Fletcher has been named in the Scotland squad for the European Championship qualifier against the Republic of Ireland and the England friendly.
The Sunderland striker is one of five strikers selected in Gordon Strachan’s 27-man party for the Euro 2016 qualifier against Republic of Ireland on 14 November, and then England in a home friendly four days later.
Stoke City’s Phil Bardsley, who left the Black Cats in the summer, is also included in the squad.
