JEMMA Lowe can’t stop winning in Sheffield.

The Hartlepool swimmer has reached the 100 metres butterfly final at the British Gas Championship at Ponds Forge.

After a stunning swim in the morning heats, the 23-year-old was the star act again in the evening semi to reach Saturday’s final in style.

J Lo clocked 58.64 seconds in the heats and went quicker in the semi-final, posting a time of 58.18.

Rachael Kelly was again her closest rival, the Loughborough competitor shaving almost a second off her heat time by registering a result of 58.60 seconds.

Lowe and Kelly were, again, the only two swimmers to get under the minute mark, with the third fastest time beiong the 60.33 seconds of Manchester’s Georgia Barton.

“I am pleased with my semi-final, it was OK,” said a modest Jemma afterwards.
