SAVANNAH Marshall can surely look forward to challenging for gold at the biggest two boxing shows on earth.

Marshall produced the “best result” of her career on Saturday when she defeated two-time world champion Anna Laurell 18-13 in Sweden.

The 20-year-old outfought and outboxed one of the world’s top middleweights in the Sweden v GB international at Uppsala.

The Hartlepool star won every round in Uppsala to give her confidence a huge boost ahead of the World Championships in China in May and the Olympics in London in August.

“I still feel in shock to be honest,” Marshall told SportMail. “I couldn’t sleep on Saturday night and I’m still buzzing now.”
