FUNKY dancing for young groovers will make a return to Hartlepool in the Spring.

The hugely popular Groovy Babies sessions, which attract scores of children every time they are held, will return for another session on Saturday, March 28 next year.

It will run from 1pm to 3pm at the Town Hall Theatre, in Raby Road, and will be the first in a programme of events for children aged up to five year old.

Further sessions will run between the same times on Saturday June 27, next year.

Groovy Babies costs £3 per session, and organisers have described it as a disco dancing way for children to make friends, burn up some energy and show off their creative side.

They also give children the chance to learn dance routines in an environment of music, lights, colours and textures.

Tickets are available from Hartlepool Tourist Information Centre, in Church Square, or by contacting (01429) 890000.
