ARE you ready to rock?

Tickets for next month’s Foo Fighters gig at the Stadium of Light will be available for collection from 10am next Tuesday, for those fans who bought vouchers in-person from the Black Cats ticket office.

The American rockers will be the latest world-famous act to play Wearside – and the only concert taking place this year – when they take to the stage on Monday, May 25.

Founded by Nirvana drummer Dave Grohl in 1994, the band has had scores of top hits including, All My Life, Monkey Wrench and Learn to Fly.

In order to collect tickets, fans must ensure they bring their vouchers which were issued at the time of purchase, accompanied by a form of identification.

Once issued, tickets cannot be replaced or refunded.

Tickets should be collected as soon as possible and fans are strongly advised not to leave the exchange until the day of the concert.

The Stadium of Light’s ticket office is open 9am until 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, and from 10am until 1pm on Saturdays.

The club are advising fans to avoid attempting to exchange their vouchers on home match days (April 11 and May 2 and 16) as the ticket office is extremely busy at these times.
