MAMMA Mia! These two are hoping a charity event will rake in lots of Money, Money, Money.

As well as a Killers tribute band, Killerz, taking to the stage on the Friday, Bjorn to be Abba will be performing on the Saturday.

Mark said: “Abba is going back to basics for us, it’s going to be a fun night and we are encouraging people to dress up like Benny, Bjorn, Anni-Frid and Agnetha and have a really good laugh.

“There may even be a prize for the best-dressed.”

Mark, who is the manager of Middleton Grange Shopping Centre, said his colleagues were finding it hard to choose which night to go along to, but most probably will opt for both.

Around 500 people are expected at each night of the event, at Hartlepool’s Borough Hall, in Middlegate.

More than 50 ales are available, as well as bottled beers and ciders.

Doors open on the Friday at 6pm, followed by a beer-only session the next day from noon-3pm and then the evening starting at 6pm.

Proceeds will go to Hartlepool Families First and Hartlepool Carers.

Tickets are £10 if booked online at www.hartlepoolbeerfestival.co.uk, or £12.50 from Timlins in Church Square or First Class Shoe Repairs in Middleton Grange Shopping Centre.
