Have your say

Office party, singing, drinking, hopeful suitors, happy mix or disaster?

This is the setting of the new piece being premiered at Alphabetti Theatre.

Two IT gurus prepare to entertain the office, both setting high hope on bewitching the same girl, Carol. It begins with Phil, played by Lawrence Neale, phoning his nana in a care home; she falls during the call and he is disconnected.

Phil is joined by John, played by John Dalziel. Raucous singing follows interspersed with the guy’s opinions on management and life.

Both actors are adept at playing several instruments and the enthusiastic audience is encouraged to join in with song sheets, even a free cocktail is dispensed.

The music is infectious and even had one couple dancing along the aisle.

Full of live music, singing and jokes, this 80 minute show is a cracking way to cavort into Christmas and at £8/£6 it is cheaper than most cocktails.
