Christmas is threatened by the naughtiest ever elf and kids will love getting involved to help save the day in this fun festive show.

Santa's Naughty Elf and the Christmas Caper is billed as a panto for under-sevens, but the adults will love it just as much.

Hard-working Elfuena (Sarah Boulter) is tasked with wrangling mischievous Elfluent (Wayne Miller) to get the workshop in order and interview elves to fill a vacancy.

Elflirty (Lauren Amour) and Elfrankie (Steven Stobbs) both apply for the coveted job, and when it's handed to Elflirty, jealous Elfrankie sets out to get his revenge.

He steals the order book and magic reindeer dust before kidnapping Santa and Mrs Claus (Eleanor Chaganis) and the elves must team up with the audience to help save the day.

The show, written and directed by Miller, is super fun and packed with songs, silly jokes and lots of audience interaction. Parents and kids are brought to their feet to learn dance moves and join in the fun.

The show also gives kids a real sense of achievement by posing maths problems and encouraging them to shout out the answers.

Each cast member gave effervescent and enthusiastic performances, displaying boundless energy, even in a 10.30am show.

With a big Christmas sing-along and the chance for the kids to meet Santa and receive a gift, it's the perfect festive show for little ones and their loved ones.

Santa's Naughty Elf and the Christmas Caper runs until Thursday, December 24. Click here to book tickets.
