John Marshall, 28, of Intrepid Close, Hartlepool, received six penalty points on his driving licence and was ordered to pay a £660 fine, £66 victim surcharge and £110 costs after it was proved in his absence that he failed to provide information leading to the identity of a driver in 2020.

Hide AdDerek Tucker, 56, of Pinewood Close, Hartlepool, was banned from driving for six months, ordered to complete 100 hours of unpaid work as part of a community order and to pay a £346 fine, £95 victim surcharge and £85 costs after he admitted driving while disqualified and without insurance on May 4.
Sean Anthony Cambridge, 25, of Byron Street, Hartlepool, was ordered to pay £53 compensation, an £80 fine, £34 victim surcharge and £300 costs after admitting assaulting a police officer and causing criminal damage on March 8.
Jonathon Frederick Knighton, 45, of Pentland Avenue, Billingham, was banned from driving for 36 months and ordered to pay an £120 fine, £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs after admitting failing to provide a specimen of breath when required to do so and possessing class C drugs on December 30.
Ashley Griffiths, 31, of Mountbatten Close, Hartlepool, was ordered to complete 120 hours of unpaid work as part of a community order to pay a £95 victim surcharge and £85 costs after admitting using threatening or abusive words or behaviour on May 20.
