Love Island star set to build 'sensational' luxury properties near Hartlepool

Sam Gowland, who is now a property investor, has revealed he is developing a range of luxury mansions at Wynyard Park.

Sam Gowland Properties will deliver a number of “sensational homes” with each property offering in excess of 7,000sq ft, underfloor heating throughout, integrated sound system and intelligent lighting.

The mansions will have a minimum of five bedrooms and will include features such as cinema room, private bar, gym, sauna, steam room, and hydro resistance pool.

The firm marketing the properties says it is already “inundated” with inquiries about the homes.

Middlesbrough-born Mr Gowland, whose television appearances also include reality series Geordie Shore, has said the properties will “raise the bar” within the area as the new homes will “push the boundaries of luxury living”.

The mansions are being brought to the market by Collier Estates, which has already sold £18m worth of real estate on Wynyard in the first quarter of 2021.

Rob Collier, of Collier Estates, has said his team has already been “inundated” with inquiries about the new properties.
