It’s that time of year when many of us look back in shame at the pigs in blankets and tasty trifles of less than two weeks before, and decide we’re going to lead a healthier lifestyle.
Even those of us who try to keep up a fitness routine might have found ourselves slacking off in the season of freezing weather, nasty viruses and giant tubs of chocolates.

1. Never too early to start

2. Step it up
Asda staff stepped up to raise funds for Help the Heroes when they did a total of 80,000 steps - the equivalent of climbing Ben Nevis - with the help of the team from Lifestyle Fitness in 2014.
