The end of the football season often triggers fond memories for anyone lucky enough to have played in a cup final.

So we thought we would raid our archives for these nostalgic memories of local finals from yesteryear.

While our mainly focus is mainly on school teams, we have also included pictures of adult sides as well as cricket and rugby sides.
