Boris Johnson has outlined a four-step plan to reopen different elements of society, with a phased reopening of the country including a number of key dates.
Step Two – which will be implemented no earlier then April 12 – will see the reopening of pubs and restaurants outdoors.
To celebrate, we’ve rounded up some of Hartlepool’s beer gardens we can look forward to for drinks in the sun. Check with individual pubs closer to the time for reopening details and exact opening times.
1. Rosie's Pub, Navigation Point
Rosie's Pub on Navigation Point at Hartlepool marina is looking forward to reopening in April. 2. Raby Arms - Village Pub and Kitchen, Front Street

4. Hornseys, Seaton Reach
