Heavenly work from Alexandra

SELF-TAUGHT photographer Alexandra Heaven loves to capture “a certain emotion” in her work.

The 29-year-old, who lives in Hartlepool, works as a driver and loves travelling the country.

She said: “All of my spare time is taken up with photography, I self-taught myself over a seven-year period.

“I love to photograph all sorts of things. My main interest, though, is capturing a certain emotion with my work, whether its a landscape or a portrait.

“I love working with exotic animals and find I do love a good challenge. I like to put my style and personality into every one of my images.”

She is a member of Hartlepool Camera Club and admitted: “I do enjoy it a lot.”

She has already enjoyed success by winning competitions and added: “I feel very proud of my work and feel I have achieved the goal I set out to achieve with my images – to move people.

Our thanks go to Alexandra for submitting her work and we would love more people to do the same.
