The Big Apple was the backdrop for this set of photographs from a Hartlepool college creative director.
Gary Kester works as the creative director in design and media services at Hartlepool College of Further Education.
But he recently got a chance to swap Hartlepool for New York where he took this tremendous set of images. Gary told us: “New York is probably the most photographed place on Earth, so while I went to all the usual touristy places I tried to put a little spin on the way I shot them.”
His selection included an inflatable rat which took pride of place in Wall Street.
Gary added: “I took one set in the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York.”
Our thanks go to Gary for these images and we hope they inspire other people to share their own with us.
