Today we are taking a look back to the day when the Great Britain Jazz Band Championships came to town. It was in 2012 and the Borough Hall was the venue.

The Hartlepool Zodiacs were among the competition and here are some images of them in action.

Fourteen bands from across the North East took part and fellow town band the Hartlepool Ambassadors played a big part in the event.
