Dressed down for charity

FOR one day only, teachers were dressed as pupils and the pupils, well, most of them, were dressed casually.

The charity event at Hartlepool’s Sacred Heart Primary School was to raise money for sufferers from Hunter’s Disease, a rare cell deficiency disease.

Pupils paid 30p to dress casually, while any teacher who did not turn up in uniform had to pay a £10 fine.

Do you remember any of the faces from this 1996 event?
