THE Bride of the Year competition is back!
And this year, one lucky couple will be tying the knot at one of Hartlepool’s most spectacular settings in the contest which is once again run by the Hartlepool Mail in conjunction with Robert Usher Photography.
Get ready for the most romantic occasion you could ever wish for – in the Captain’s Cabin on board HMS Trincomalee.
Then it’s on to a wedding breakfast at the Sir William Gray Suite, and later a night-time reception to round off a perfect day.
A £12,000 sumptuous prize awaits our winning bride and groom and the full package is listed below.
Once again, the Mail has joined forces with award-winning photographer Robert Usher to offer a wedding with all the trimmings on Friday, September 7.
Our title winner will follow in the footsteps of last year’s couple Elizabeth Richardson and Liam Turnbull who described their wedding day as “fantastic”.
Thanks to Robert Usher’s top-notch organisation, this year’s competition has more than 20 sponsors.
The search begins NOW for couples to enter our popular competition which is now in its fifth year.
And to stand a chance of winning, all you have to do is get in touch with us.
If you’re planning to tie the knot this year, you could become our Bride of the Year.
Couples who have entered before – and whose dream of marrying has still not become reality – are welcome to enter.
So too are those who have never entered before and would love to enjoy a day filled with wonderful memories.
All will be equally welcome in this year’s Bride of the Year competition.
You just have to tell us why you think you deserve the title – and a dream wedding courtesy of the Hartlepool Mail and Robert Usher Photography.
● HOW DOES THE COMPETITION WORK
WE want to hear from would-be brides. Get your entries in.
The best entries from all those submitted will go forward to a public vote, likely to be held in early April.
We will choose the top entries from that public vote to go forward to the next stage which is the grand final, to be held late in April.
On the evening of the grand final, a panel of judges will interview our shortlisted finalists and decide our winner.
The Mail will then follow our victorious couple as they prepare for the own wedding of their dreams.
So what are you waiting for? Make sure you put yourself in with a chance of winning by sending us your entry.
