Accident causes delays on A19
A four-vehicle accident is causing delays on the A19 near Hartlepool.
One lane is closed northbound between the A1027 and A689 due to a collision involving three cars and an HGV, two of which remain in live lanes.
Cleveland traffic police are at the scene but there are delays back to the A66 junction.
