Appeal after man exposed himself to dog walker

POLICE are hunting for a flasher who exposed himself to a woman walking her dog.

The man exposed himself to the 41-year-old woman while she was walking in the old A19 area of Castle Eden around 6pm on Wednesday last week and police are appealing for information to find him.

The man is described as white, 5ft 10ins-tall, aged between 30 and 35 and with a shaved head.

He was wearing a black tracksuit top with a zip and a hood, black tracksuit bottoms, and possibly a light blue peaked cap.

Police believe they saw the same man in the same area three days later, at about 4.30pm on Saturday last week, but when officers approached him, he made off and managed to escape.
