Pools have now sold over 1,200 tickets for Saturday’s League Two trip to Bloomfield Road.

The blue and white army are taking full advantage of Blackpool's decision to slash ticket prices to just £5 for adults and £1 for concessions.

It will be the biggest away following this season and the numbers could grow as the week progresses.

Tickets will remain on sale at the Northern Gas & Power Stadium until 4pm on Thursday and they will also be on sale up to kick-off at Bloomfield Road.

Meanwhile, tickets are on sale for another trip to the Lancashire coast, at Morecambe on Saturday, April 8. Pools were backed by 727 fans at the Globe Arena last April, when Craig Hignett's side won 5-2.

Tickets are on sale from the club’s ticket office and online.
