A DENTAL clinic has appointed a new partner - and he’s already a well-known face at the practice.
Queensway Dental Clinic, in Billingham, has appointed Guy Deeming as a partner to the company. Guy also retains his role as a specialist in orthodontics.
Guy joined the clinic in 2009 to introduce the orthodontic service as the lead clinician following the awarding of a new NHS contract.
After four successful years at Queensway, he has now been appointed as a partner – taking the board to five people.
He said the move was “a big step” but added: “Ultimately it’s extremely exciting and motivating.
“It’s certainly rewarding to feel a sense of ownership and pride in the quality of service and care we provide.
“In practical terms, it means that decisions can be made more quickly in the interests of orthodontic patients, clinic and team.”
The clinic’s managing partner Dr Paul Averley said: “We’re delighted to welcome Guy to the partnership board and look forward to working with him in the future.
“Guy has proven to be an invaluable member of the team over the years, taking the orthodontic division of the clinic from strength to strength.”
