An entrepreneur has outlined plans to expand his business just three years after setting it up.

Mindset coach Gary Lavery launched his company Now to Wow, in 2012.

It specialises in neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), which helps people achieve greater results.

The 38-year-old has clients throughout the region including Hartlepool. He is reaping the rewards of his hard work by planning to recruit more staff to grow the firm.

Gary, from Peterlee, became a certified trainer of NLP in 2014, after spending 30 days in Hua-Hin, Thailand, under extreme exam conditions.

NLP helps people to let go of their issues and become more accountable for their future results and behaviour by being more proactive.

Gary also provides a one-to-one coaching and development service and said: “In the past, I have worked with people presenting problems such as lack of self-confidence, low self-belief or dealing with fear and phobias.”

As well as businesses, he has worked with sports people. He said: “I’m really proud of how much the business has grown and become more established.

“I am equally as pleased to see my clients and students now achieving great results”.

Gary added: “I am planning on recruiting staff and taking the business to the next level.

“I want to grow the business portfolio and do more public speaking to really get the message across that there are real benefits to NLP.

“I believe I am the proof that you can turn your dreams into reality, and if you believe in yourself then you can make anything happen in life.”
