A construction firm has strengthened its management team with seven key appointments.
Gus Robinson Developments has six house-building schemes in progress throughout the region, as well as a number of sub-contracting commitments in and around Hartlepool.
Managing director Steve Bell, who initially joined the award-winning firm as Land & Development Director in January 2014, took over the day-to-day running of the business from chairman Dan Robinson earlier this year.
As well as the change at the top, seven positions have now been filled over the last 12 months as the company looks to finish a busy 2015 on a high.
Ellen Hagan has been taken on as technical manager, Rob Rudd has been handed the contracts manager role and Brian Rose is the technical coordinator.
In addition to those appointments, Tony Ashcroft, Sean Wiles, Neal Hutcheon and Simon Kasonali are all site managers.
Mr Bell said: “Over the past few months, with several contracts coming in, we have had to look to strengthen the team.
“This hasn’t been a case of us starting seven people at the same time from a recruitment drive, we have just gradually put the team in place over the last few months.
“Last year, a lot of hard work went into working on new contracts and developing opportunities with potential new clients. “After that, it was a case of moving the business forward and strengthening the existing workforce.”
