TOP young lawyers have joined a North-East firm which is keen to take on graduates as new recruits.
Chris Young, 25, from Hartlepool, was one of three new people to join Crutes law firm which has offices in Newcastle and Teesside.
He joins Charlotte Devine and Sophie Watson as the latest people to have joined the firm as paralegals.
Chris, 25, will offer support to the firm’s successful insurance litigation team. Since graduating in 2007 from Lancaster University with an LLB (Hons) degree, Chris has completed more qualifications at the College of Law in York and been responsible for handling insurance claims at Albany Assistance.
He said: “Crutes is a multi-disciplined, vibrant and motivated firm and I’m over the moon to be here. The firm encourages new recruits like me to take on our own case loads from an early stage and they provide us with all of the support we need.”
Helen Ager, managing partner at Crutes, said: “We know that good people are our most important asset as a business, and because of this we seek to recruit the brightest young talent available in the region.”
