And reports today suggest that Middlesbrough are eyeing a tricky attacker from one of their league rivals as Tony Pulis looks for a few more fresh faces.

Middlesbrough are interested in a deal for Brentford winger Sergi Canos. The Spaniard, who joined the Bees from Norwich for £2.5m, is thought to be interested Pulis after an impressive campaign which saw him net three times amid some dazzling displays. Brentford, however, are thought to be keen to keep hold of the attacker who has also represented Barcelone and Liverpool (Teamtalk)

However, Pulis looks set to lose striker Patrick Bamford who is set to seal a £7m switch to Leeds Untied later today (Yorkshire Evening Post)

Leeds have been dealt a blow, however, with their revived £11m move for Matej Vydra now once again OFF after personal terms could not be agreed (Sky Sports)
