And reports today have linked Middlesbrough with a move for a prolific striker - although they could face competition from a host of other Championship clubs for his signature.

Middlesbrough have been linked with a move for Maccabi Tel Aviv striker Vidar Orn Kjartansson. The Icelandic striker is reportedly available for £3.5m and has attracted plenty of interest having netted 42 goals over the last two seasons in Israel.
