Middlesbrough could be set for a triple signing swoop - according to reports today.

Tony Pulis' side are yet to delve into the transfer market, but these reports suggest that a new addition might not be far off.

Middlesbrough have been linked with moves for three new signings, including Sunderland midfielder Paddy McNair. The Northern Irish international is being pursued by Premier League side Brighton, but Boro and Derby are waiting in the wings in case the move collapses.

Also interesting Boro are Blackburn Rovers midfielder Bradley Dack - who starred in their promotion last season - and former defender Robert Huth who was released by Leicester City in May (Yorkshire Evening Post)

Newly-promoted Wigan have clinched the signing of Peterborough midfielder Leo Da Silva Lopes on a four-year deal for an undisclosed fee.

Former Sunderland midfielder David Meyler has joined Reading on a free transfer after leaving Hull.
