Coffee morning support for Macmillan Cancer Support appeal

A CHARITY event is brewing and you can be part of it.

Macmillan Cancer Support wants people in Hartlepool to raise £10,000 from the World’s Biggest Coffee Morning to contribute to the charity’s record-breaking fundraising target.

The idea behind the World’s Biggest Coffee Morning is that people hold their own coffee morning in their homes, work places or local community.

They ask for donations in return for drinks and cakes, and then pass on the proceeds to Macmillan.

The money raised from the event will be used to fund Macmillan’s support services for people with cancer and their families.
