A JETSKIER has been rushed to hospital suffering with suspected hypothermia after spending 30 minutes in the sea after falling in off the coast of Hartlepool.
He was one of two men on the jet ski but both fell off into the water at around 2.45pm on Monday and had to be rescued by passing boats.
One of the men, who was not wearing a wet suit, spent thirty minutes in the water before being rushed to hospital suffering with suspected hypothermia.
The other man was wearing a wet suit and was clinging onto the jetski.
The pair were rescued around one mile from the South Gare.
