A POLICE chief is calling on the public to help catch vandals who damaged 14 cars.
Wing mirrors were smashed or ripped off vehicles in Sandringham Road, Mulgrave Road and Milton Road, Hartlepool, during a night-time raid.
Superintendent Glenn Gudgeon, of Hartlepool Police, said such damage is “incredibly frustrating” for the victims.
He added: “We really need to know who is doing this and would ask for anyone with information to get in touch.”
The vandalism was carried out overnight on Saturday, December 17.
