It is believed the two suspects approached the secure vehicle and used accelerant to ignite the vehicle and caravan.

The car and caravan were very quickly consumed by flames, both of which were next to a house where people inside were asleep.

Fortunately the elderly couple, granddaughter and her partner, managed to safely leave the house while the two suspects made off on foot towards Basingstoke Road.

In the images taken from the footage released by the force two men can be seen in the area.
