A MAN accused of an alleged burglary has had his case sent to be dealt with by a judge.

Callum Mullen is accused of the burglary of a house in Edgehill Way, in Billingham, on January 11.

The 21-year-old is also charged with an alleged fraud, from January 12, which involved the alleged stolen items being sold onto a shop.

The defendant, of Wynyard Mews, in the Owton Manor area of Hartlepool, did not enter any pleas to the charges when he attended Hartlepool Magistrates’ Court yesterday.
