Hartlepool man admits making threats to kill

A man has admitted making threats to kill.

David Peterson, 51, of Brafferton Street, Hartlepool, appeared at Teesside Crown Court via video link.

He pleaded guilty to two charges of making threats to kill and six charges of breaching a restraining order, one of which involved making gun gestures.

The restraining order had been made in July 2018 and Peterson admitted to breaching it six times between April and July 2019.

The case was adjourned until February 21 for a pre-sentence report.
