The latest motoring offences in Hartlepool heard in court round-up

Gary Sanderson, 50, of St Hilda’s Chare, Hartlepool, was found guilty of speeding on West View Road. He was fined £116 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £30 surcharge. He was also given three penalty points.

Christopher Smith, 29, of New Road, Billingham, was fined £184 for driving without insurance of Hartlepool’s West View Road. He was given six penalty points and told to pay £85 costs and a £32 surcharge.

Robert Stephens, 18, of Snowdrop Road, Hartlepool, was fined £120 after being found guilty of driving without a licence and without insurance. He was given six penalty points and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £32 surcharge.

Kiran Thandi, 31, of Lawnswood, Houghton, was fined £440 after being found guilty of speeding. He was given four penalty points and told to pay £85 costs and a £44 surcharge.

Malcolm Waddington, 40, of Grosvenor Street, Hartlepool, was fined £660 after being found guilty of failing to provide driver information to the police. He was ordered to pay £85 costs and a £66 surcharge as well as being given six penalty points.

Sam Watson, 28, of Eliot Court, Billingham, was fined £660 after being found guilty of driving without insurance and without a licence. He was given six penalty points and told to pay £85 costs and a £66 surcharge.

Paul Whaley, 51, of Green Crescent, Coxhoe, was found £220 after being found guilty of speeding. He was ordered to pay £85 costs and a £30 surcharge and was give three penalty points.

Lee Terrence Wilkes, 39, of Bedale Avenue, Billingham, was fined £660 after being found guilty of driving without insurance and without a licence. He was given six penalty points and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £66 surcharge.

Michael Aaron Woolston, 25, of Laburnum Street, Hartlepool, was found guilty of driving on Burn Road in the town without insurance and without a licence. He was fined £660, given six penalty points and told to pay £85 costs and a surcharge of £66.
