Police appeal to trace owners of suspected stolen items in Hartlepool

Police are appealing to trace the owners of items which are suspected to have been stolen from vehicles and homes in Hartlepool.

Police are appealing to trace the owners of the items.

Police officers have recovered a range of items which include bottles of alcohol, designer sunglasses, work tools in a case, a diagnostic tool, a laptop and a Pandora bracelet in a box.

They believe that the listed items may have been stolen from vehicles or homes around the Brierton Lane, Sinclair Road, Longfellow Walk and Fletcher Walk areas of the town.

A spokesperson for Cleveland Police said: “A 31-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted burglary and has been released under investigation pending further inquiries.”

Brierton Lane is one of a few roads that police believe the items were stolen from.
