Police seize around 200 cannabis plants worth £150,000 in Seaton Carew

Officers have seized a large amount of cannabis from a property in Seaton Carew.

On Monday, January 27, officers from the Community Drug Enforcement Team seized a large amount of cannabis from a property based on The Front in Seaton Carew.

Around 200 cannabis plants were recovered by officers and they are estimated to be worth around £150,000.

An investigation into the finding has been launched.

A spokesperson for Cleveland Police confirmed: “No one was arrested and enquiries are ongoing.”
