Search for flasher after double report of man exposing himself on Hartlepool path
The search is on to find a pervert who flashed twice within the space of just days on the same path.
Hartlepool Neighbourhood Police Team is appealing for help following the two indecent exposure incidents on the Hart to Haswell walkway.
The first took place on Saturday, June 12, at 6.55pm when a man on foot spoke briefly to a lone woman who was walking her dog.
He then exposed himself and walked out of the path, turning left onto Ocean Road.
Then at 3.45pm on Monday, June 14, police believe the same man, who was on a bike, spoke to a lone woman walking her dogs then exposed himself before cycling off.
The man is described as around 20-years-old, slim with dark blond floppy hair and sharp features.
