Search for teenager who committed 'lewd act' on driveway of Hartlepool home

The incident happened at around 8.30pm on Tuesday, December 17 in Witham Grove.

A woman, in her 50s, heard a knock at the front living room window. When she went outside, there was a man standing at the end of the driveway.

He briefly engaged her in conversation before she re-entered the property. The man then proceeded to commit a lewd act on the driveway outside.

The suspect is described as a white and aged in his late teens. He is of skinny build and wore a dark hooded puffa jacket, dark trousers and a baseball cap.
