RESIDENTS are being reminded not to miss the opportunity to give their views on the quality of the adult social care services they receive.
Earlier this year, Hartlepool Borough Council sent out questionnaires to a 1,200-strong cross-section of its service users as part of the annual personal social services survey of adult social care in England.
The survey covers a wide range of areas including home care, occupational therapy and residential care.
Council officers are urging anyone who hasn’t yet done so to please complete the survey and return it in the pre-paid envelope.
Emily Lawty, development assistant in the council’s child and adult services department, said: “A number of people haven’t yet returned the survey and we’re asking them to please take a couple of minutes to complete it.
“We need to know how they feel about our services so that we can make any appropriate changes or improvements.”
