Drugs, theft, fraud and impersonating a special constable: Hartlepool cases dealt with by magistrates

Dominic Close, 41, of Airdre Grove, Hartlepool, was sentenced to a community order of 12 months, 100 hours of unpaid work, and ordered to pay £170 costs for producing a class B drug, and for possessing a class A drug.

Jordan Malton, 25, of Suffolk Close, Hartlepool, was sentenced to 18 weeks in prison and ordered to pay £115 costs for fraud and impersonation of a special constable.

Michael Reed, 34, of Sheriff Street, Hartlepool, was conditonally discharged for six months and ordered to pay £390 compensation for criminal damage.

Ian Kime, 34, of Masefield Road, Hartlepool, was ordered to pay fines and costs of £245 for threatening behaviour.

Declan Stirling, 21, of Harcourt Street, Hartlepool, was sentenced to a community order of 18 months, 30 rehabilitation activity days, and ordered to pay £210 in fines and costs for assault.

David Legg, 28, of Oxford Road, Hartlepool, was sentenced to a curfew of six months, disqualified from driving for three years, and ordered to pay £170 costs for driving while disqualified, and driving with drugs over the legal limit.

Graham Barratt, 35, of Cornwall Street, Hartlepool, was ordered to pay £47 compensation for theft.

Mark Lockwood, 37, of Longfellow Walk, Hartlepool, was ordered to pay £235 in fines and costs and given six driving licence penalty points for speeding.

Shelley Robinson, 27, of Allerton Close, Hartlepool, was ordered to pay £295 in fines and costs for using a colour television without a licence.

Mark Robinson, 41, of Baden Street, Hartlepool, was sentenced to a cufew of four months and ordered to pay £626 compensation for theft.
