“It’s about the history of both world wars and I like it because of how much detail there is to explain it as clearly as possible and it helps you understand the world wars.”

“It’s about two little boys and they turn the head teacher into a superhero and he goes on adventures and there’s loads of rhymes and flick pages where the pages are animated.”
Fatima Mustjab said: “I like Fantabulous Facts by Roald Dahl because it’s very funny and has lots of facts in about him.
“It tells you when he was born and when he died and fascinating facts about British history.”
Leah Preston said: “My favourite is Candy Floss, about a girl who has hair that looks like candy floss and she dyes it pink.
“She wants to be best friend with a girl called Mia, but she’s afraid she might lose her other friends.
“Her mum goes to Australia but she doesn’t want to go.
“It has a happy ending though.”
Summer-Jo Reid said: “Lucy’s First Step is about two girls who become friends in a dance school despite the fact they don’t like each other at the start.
“They end up as friends and dancing together.”

“It’s about someone called Tom who slays beasts around the world and gets a special item to help him on the next quest.”
