Enterprising new firm takes the strain off others

Firms can sometimes see spikes in demand which lead to incerased pressures on their workload.

But that’s where UK.Solutions comes in, and the Peterlee-based firm has been launched to help other companies with outsourcing in areas such as manufacturing, warehousing and fulfilment services.

The new enterprise’s aim is to take the strain so that businesses can focus on growth.

The business is the sister company to The Employability Trust which was formed by Bill Marley in 2012.

Industry leaders - from manufacturing and distribution businesses from throughout the UK - were at the launch.

UK.Solutions customers Wilsonart International and Seaward Electronics took to the stage, alongside world class sports coach Simon Hartley.

The business is also supported by Cummins Engines, who presented their support for projected expansion plans for the organisation.

Mr Marley said the firm was founded from a need for “agile, on demand and reliable outsourcing services across the North East.”

He said they were “incredibly fortunate to have the support of some industry leading businesses, and look forward to engaging with many more.”
