Hartlepool people young and old alike enjoyed a three-day extravaganza of fun over the weekend.
Rift House East Residents’ Association held its 10th Family Fun Weekend at Rift House Recreation Ground, Kingsley Avenue, with all proceeds going to community causes in the town.
Supported by Hartlepool Borough Council, the fun got underway with a free barbeque.
On Saturday, a packed line-up of music including Hartlepool’s very own Rick Snowdon – famous for his recent appearances on ‘The Voice’ - performed in front of watching crowds.
Others appearing on the music stage included The Dynamic Duo, Charlie Campbell, Peter Thomson and The Hawks cheerleaders.
On Sunday, a dog show, as well as birds of prey and Punch and Judy shows took place.
Meanwhile, a car boot sale was also held on Saturday and Sunday.
Other attractions included pony rides, face painting, fairground rides, circus workshop, Bubbleman, Army recruitment and crazy golf.
Christopher Akers-Belcher, chairman of Rift House East Residents’ Association, said: “This year is our 10th Anniversary so we’ve really pushed the boat out to provide a bumper three days of fun for all the family.”
