Firework explodes in 12-year-old boy's hood after being thrown from car
The terrifying incident took place as the youngster was walking along Harwich Grove, at about 7.40pm on Friday, November 4.
The firework was thrown by the male passenger of a passing black vehicle, landing in the hood of the victim’s coat, where it exploded.

Hide AdThankfully, the boy was uninjured victim was uninjured, however, the firework left a hole in the hood of his coat.
