Fireworks display thrills crowds at Seaton Carew
Hartlepool's annual Fireworks and Music Spectacular went with a bang last night.
The free event, in Seaton Carew, was organised by Hartlepool Borough Council and featured a 'sci-fi' theme, with music including Star Wars, War of the Worlds and X-Files.
The show was the culmination of several hours of family fun, with a funfair and activities by music charity Red Dreams.
BBC Tees presenter Paul ‘Goffy’ Gough was the compere for the evening and Ceremonial Mayor of Hartlepool, Coun Rob Cook, kicked off the fireworks.
