A night of entertainment is taking place tonight in memory of tragic Hartlepool toddler Jacob Jenkins
Brothers Alan and Lee Anderton have organised the event taking place at the Victoria Arms pub in Northgate, Hartlepool, to raise funds for the little boy's family.
The music gig follows today's Memorial Angling competition, named after the two-year-old who died after choking on a grape in the town's Pizza Hut, last month.
The contest saw around 70 anglers from across the region take part - all competing for one of the prizes which will be presented tonight.
Music is being provided by Hartlepool band Hobo Mojo.
Alan Anderton said there has been a "fantastic" response to the cause with dozens of items donated for raffle prizes - including fishing tackle.
He added: "It is such a fantastic cause and one which touches the hearts of people."
Monies raised will be donated to Jacob's family who are taking their time to decide as to where the money will eventually go.
Speaking to the Hartlepool Mail following their son's death his mum Abigail Wilson said she wanted people to know the money will go to a good cause, whether that is being donated to charity in Jacob's memory, or used to fund something like a holiday home to benefit other bereaved families.
Doors to the event are open now with the band expected to take to the stage around 8pm tonight.
Children are welcome.
