Food bank benefits from 18th Hartlepool St Paul's cub pack donation

Members of the 18th Hartlepool St Paul's cub pack have been collecting groceries items for a local organisation.

As part of the cub 100 centenary of cub scouts, the youngsters decided to collect 100 items for Hartlepool Food Bank.

Recently they had a visit from Ashley and Abby from the charity, who explained to the members what the food bank did and thanked them for their donations.

The group meet at the Tees Valley North Scout HQ in Stockton Road on Tuesdays from 6pm to 7.30pm.

Cubs are aged from eight to ten and anyone wishing their child to join the group should emailt Margaret at [email protected]

Cubs groups undertake a variety of activities whilst allowing them to be creative and get involved in their local communities.

They are also introduced to exciting outdoor skills and adventure activities.
