MEMBERS of community arts projects are being urged to apply for a slice of grant cash.
People in east Durham who are involved with arts projects are being encouraged to sign up for a cash boost of up to 500 from Durham County Council's arts development small grants scheme.
The scheme is open to community and voluntary organisations, social enterprises, art organisations, parish and town councils as well as professional artists working on community-based projects.
Telephone appointments, where applicants can pick up tips on how to complete their application form, are available on request.
Applicants must be based in County Durham and the project should be for the direct benefit of people living in the county.
The deadline for applications for the latest round of funding is noon on Monday, February 28.
