A HEARTBROKEN brother was found dead in his home after downing a cocktail of drugs to cope with his sibling’s tragic death.

The body of Les Willis, 42, was found on a sofa at his home in Gray Street, Hartlepool, on the afternoon of January 5, the inquest into his death heard.

His relatives had forced their way into the house after becoming concerned after not seeing him for two days and knowing he was deeply upset about the loss of half-brother Norman Hay.

Norman, 38, had died after being stabbed during an altercation in St Bees Walk, in the Burbank area of Hartlepool, on November 9, last year.
